After a temporarly fixing a bent shift fork, we managed to get win after an exciting round with plenty of hard battles.

1 Physical Security

The majority of security threats come from inside a company.
Physical security consists of locking down access to Servers, Server rooms and communications equipment. Physical access to the company’s infrastructure should be limited to IT and security personnel only. Only through strict adherence to clearly outlined security policies can any company today realize a reasonable level of assurance that the infrastructure, and more importantly it’s data, will remain safe and secure . 80% of all security breaches come from within the company’s personnel pool.

2 Power Protection

Insufficiant power protection is the leading cause of operating system corruption.
Power protection is most often overlooked and is an extremely important piece of the network infrastructure puzzle. Power sags, dips, spikes and outages are more common than we like to admit. Today’s computers and electronic equipment are very susceptible to damage and possible failure caused by “dirty” power. The ideal solution for any company is an On-demand generator with a power conditioner that ensures clean, consistent electricity. Since this solution can easily run into the tens of thousands of dollars, most companies can simply not afford this option. A much more financially feasible solution to the power problem is UPS protection for Servers and communications equipment. Server rooms should be able to sustain full power for at least 2 full hours in the event of a power outage. Every company’s workstation installation requirement should include a small UPS to protect against sags, surges, spikes and short outages.

3 Security Audits

 System security is where the IT personnel become the key to the success and security of the network infrastructure, and more importantly, it’s data. Only through careful planning, configuration and security auditing, can the IT Professional ensure the integrity of the company’s data. But it doesn’t stop there! Disaster recovery is the most overlooked aspect of today’s network infrastructure. Everyone can agree that a complete data backup scheme is absolutely necessary, but what about the equipment and hardware itself? Special attention should be paid to equipment replacement plans and disaster recovery schemes. Race Bike Development:

Tekutaro has choosen the Suzuki RGV250 VJ23 as its base for the battle against Honda RS250’s and TZ250’s. The last model of Suzuki RGV range, it has the most advanced features which is similar to Grand Prix spec machines. Tekutaro RGV250 currently runs these specifications:

• Bore & Stroke: 54 x 54.5
• 70 Degree V Twin
• RAM AirBox using pressure on float bowls to force fuel at high air pressures.
• HRC Detination Counter.
• TZ250 spark plugs IA01-32 Denso Iridium Racing
• Titanium Nitrided gearbox components and gears.

Spare Wheels have finally arrived, they the forged magnesium Dymag wheels designed to fit the RGV250SP. The GSXR1000 marchesini are alot heavier than the Dymag.

After many months of building the race bike is complete, the final touches were a freshly developed set of carbon fibre reeds for the VJ23 from www.rgvspares.com . They are a 0.4mm carbon reed developed for mid – high rpm use.

Team tekutaro, has built a collection of various carburetors for the VJ23 race bike, the big bored modified carburetors run on a RAM air race kit air box.

Using carefully selected close ratios, the gearbox is built using special coatings and treatments to reduce friction and increase strength. Aluminum and titanium bolts are used throughout the whole race bike to reduce weight where ever possible.

Mesurements and flow were considered before modifing the standard Suzuki Mikuki 32 Carburetors. Changes to the bore and modifed slide were decided on.

Rear suspension was completly rebuilt with premium components from KTech and Ohlins, as suspension is a critical component in all race bikes.

Gearbox output shaft and modifed gears using different advanced surface treatments .
